If you're looking to pick up a pure guitar, bass, or electric piano signal with all its brilliance and without any tonal shift - even stereo sources, or two instruments simultaneously - the Palmer inn active DI box provides the ideal solution. Its low-noise active circuitry allows a higher input impedance than a passive DI box. This means the sound of the instruments is captured without treble or bass losses. High-level input impedance is especially important in interaction with the magnetic pickups in electrical guitar, electric bass and electromechanical electric pianos (e.g. Rhodes), as well as with (passive) piezo pickups for acoustic instruments. The Palmer inn is also very well suited to synthesisers and other electronic keyboards as it also offers sufficient headroom to handle high-level sources without unwanted distortion. In addition, the inn is two-channel, meaning it can process stereo signals or two instruments simultaneously.Naturally, the Palmer inn has a THRU output to transmit the input signal to the instrument amplifier. With 30 dB pre-attenuation activated, the Palmer inn is also optionally looped in between the amplifier output and loudspeaker unit if the sound shaping from the amplifier is to be recorded too, instead of the “raw” instrument signal. An especially practical feature is that - in addition to the individual outputs for both channels - it also offers a sum output with the signal of both channels. This saves on mixer channels. The balanced, low-impedance output signals from the Palmer inn are resistant to interference, which enables long cable runs without loss of sound quality. Thanks to the integrated transformer, the XLR outputs are galvanically isolated and have individual Ground Lift switches to eliminate ground loop hum without fuss. For a power supply, 48V phantom power or a standard PSU (9-24V) can be used. You’ve probably spent a long time searching for YOUR sound and invested a lot of time and money to get your instrument to sound the way it should. The Palmer inn transmits that sound faithfully and free of interference - across two channels! This means your sound reaches the listener exactly as nature intended.
Designed to split line level signals, features similar to PRM-MS with the exception of decoupling resistors to obtain the lowest possible source impedance.
If you connect a laptop to a sound system, in many cases the sound quality leaves a lot to be desired. It hums and crackles, sometimes there is also a loss of sound in the low and high frequencies. The Palmer naab, a two-channel media DI box, provides a reliable solution for this situation. Its best in class isolating transformers and the switchable hard or soft ground lifts prevent any humming. The transformers also ensure a perfect level and impedance adjustment. The result is clean sound without any noise. If necessary, the Palmer naab can be switched from stereo to mono, which is often very useful in practice. The mono sum signal is then available at both XLR outputs at the same time; this way, the naab can also be used as a split box.On the input side, there is a wide range of connections: 2 x 6.3 mm jack sockets, which can be balanced or unbalanced, as well as 2x RCA and 1x 3.5mm mini jack (stereo). This eliminates the need for adapter cables - which you always forget to take with you anyway! The outputs are professional XLR sockets; their balanced wiring allows even longer cable runs without any noise.Due to its passive mode of operation, the Palmer naab does not need a power supply; this makes it extremely failure-proof, especially as the robust metal housing can withstand a lot. The Palmer naab is the ace up the sleeve for every lecture traveller, DJ and sound engineer.

Are you looking to pick up a pure guitar, bass, or electric piano signal with all its brilliance and without any tonal alterations? An active DI box offers the best solution - as long as it has the same high-quality construction as the Palmer havel. The havel's low-noise active circuitry allows a higher input impedance than a passive DI box. This means the sound of the instrument is captured without treble or bass losses. High-level input impedance is especially important in interaction with the magnetic pickups in electrical guitars, electric basses and electromechanical electric pianos (e.g. Rhodes), as well as with (passive) piezo pickups for acoustic instruments. However, the Palmer havel is also very well suited to synthesisers and other electronic keyboards, since it offers enough headroom to handle even high-level inputs without unwanted distortion. Of course, the Palmer havel features a THRU output to pass the input signal on to the instrument amplifier. With 30 dB of pre-attenuation activated, the Palmer havel can also be looped in between the amplifier output and the loudspeaker, if you want to include the sound of the amplifier instead of the “raw” instrument signal. The balanced, low-impedance output signal from the Palmer havel is resistant to interference, which enables long cable runs without any loss of sound quality. Thanks to the built-in transformer, the XLR output is galvanically isolated. Any hum loops that may occur can easily be remedied by pressing the ground lift switch. For a power supply, a 48V phantom power unit or a standard 9V battery can be used. We're sure you’ve spent a long time searching for YOUR sound, and have invested a lot of time and money to get your instrument to sound the way it should. The Palmer havel transmits your sound faithfully and free of interference. This means your sound reaches the listener exactly as nature intended!
Are you looking to pick up the raw signal from a guitar, bass or keyboard without noise and tonal loss, even over long cable runs? That's exactly what the Palmer Elde does - simply and reliably. Especially since the Elde is a classic passive DI box, and it even has a dual-channel design. This means you can use it for stereo signals as well as for two different instruments. The inputs are each looped to a THRU Out, allowing the signal to be passed on to the guitar/bass amplifier. For very high level signals, each channel has its own pad switch (-30 dB), so you can also insert the Elde between the amplifier output and the loudspeaker. The output signals are balanced and with low impedance, so that they can withstand even longer cable runs without damage. Impedance conversion and balancing is done passively via a transformer, which also provides galvanic isolation. Each channel has its own ground lift switch to eliminate ground loops. The Palmer Elde is a high-quality two-channel DI box that is extremely easy to use. Due to its passive design, it requires neither batteries nor phantom power. This makes it extremely reliable and failure-proof. With its robust aluminium/steel housing, the Palmer Elde easily withstands rough everyday use on stage, and with its clean, unaltered sound, it also excels perfectly in the recording studio.

Need a little more? Are you looking for a DI box that's not just great for the stage, but that also exploits the full sound potential of your instrument in the studio? The Palmer mosel is a DI box of uncompromising premium quality with useful additional features. Its active switching guarantees a particularly high input impedance for punchy, pure sound. The unbalanced, high impedance signal from magnet and piezo pickups is changed to a low impedance, balanced output signal with no loss of brilliance - even on longer cable runs. The Palmer mosel is also suitable for synthesisers and other electronic keyboards, since it is extraordinarily stable. The output transformer - which offers galvanic separation to eliminate ground loops - can process studio levels of up to +20 dBu. In addition, the mosel is enclosed in Mu-metal to eliminate electromagnetic interference. The Palmer mosel offers two extra special features: a variable pad (-10/20/30 dB) and a boost function (+12 dB). These features allow you to always achieve the optimal level for noise-free recordings. The mosel is also extemely practical because the unbalanced input exists not only in jack format, but also as XLR sockets. This makes unstable adapters unnecessary. The ground lift switch - to separate from ground lifts - also has a soft lift setting. Power for the mosel can be provided either by a 48V phantom power unit or a 9V battery. The Palmer mosel is a high-end active DI box for studio use and demanding PA work. And for times when good is just not good enough! Choose the best - choose the mosel.
The more complex the setup, the higher the chance of ground loops. With the Palmer iller Line Isolation Box, everything is quiet again so you can enjoy your audio without humming and buzzing. The Palmer iller is an isolation transformer in a robust aluminium and steel housing. It separates the ground potentials of two devices so that equalising currents are prevented and only your sound is transmitted - clean and without interference. The only difference to its sister model wupper is that the Palmer iller is equipped with a combo socket on the input side that can accept both jack and XLR connectors. This eliminates the need for adapter cables. The Palmer iller was developed for guitar and bass applications; however, due to its high-quality sound characteristics, it is just as suitable for keyboards and hi-fi equipment. The input (XLR/jack) can be balanced or unbalanced and the output (XLR) is balanced. This means that the Palmer iller can also be used to balance unbalanced signals, which allows longer cable runs without affecting the sound. Because of its passive design, the iller requires neither batteries nor phantom power. This makes it extremely failure-proof.The Palmer iller is a simple, efficient hum killer: you connect it between two devices and the noise is gone. Sometimes it can be that simple!

Sometimes it is necessary to send two stereo signals to one device, for example, when two mixing consoles have to drive a stereo power amplifier. In practice, this is rarely possible without ground loops occurring. The Palmer main solves this type of problem. It mixes two stereo input signals via a resistor matrix, whereby the input pair A is galvanically isolated by a transformer in order to avoid ground loops. The Palmer main works purely passively. The result is a particularly low noise floor and a neutral sound. Thanks to large transformers, it can handle high-level signals up to +20 dBu without distortion. The transformers also make it possible to assign the input pair A unbalanced while the output signal remains balanced. The passive mode of operation without a power supply makes the Palmer main particularly reliable and failure-proof. The aluminium/steel housing and XLR sockets are also best suited to the rough everyday life on stage. The Palmer main merge box solves typical sound reinforcement problems in the simplest way with uncompromised sound quality.

Consumer devices, as well as many professional keyboards such as synthesisers and digital pianos as well as some small mixers have unbalanced outputs. In order to connect them to a professional sound system and to avoid interfering noise over long cable runs, balanced signal routing is needed. For this purpose, the Palmer kyll handles the necessary signal balancing.Due to the galvanic isolation via a transformer, the kyll also eliminates ground loops. To do this, simply engage the ground lift switch. Devices that already have balanced outputs also benefit from this, since noise can occur even here. The Palmer kyll reliably eliminates hum and buzz. The Palmer kyll is capable of very high levels. Compared to conventional line isolators for media applications, it can process much "hotter" input signals without unwanted distortion being audible: up to + 20 dBu! But the kyll can also process quieter signals without causing any sound alteration or noise, because it works purely passively with large isolating transformers. This makes the Palmer kyll extremely easy to use and fail-safe, as it requires neither batteries nor phantom power. Conveniently, the inputs are designed as combo sockets that accept jack or XLR connectors. Adapters are unnecessary! The balanced outputs are designed as professional XLR sockets. The kyll line isolation box is a universal problem solver for eliminating humming ground loops. When connecting unbalanced equipment, the signal is simultaneously balanced. Whether at home, at lectures, in the rehearsal room, on stage, in clubs or at large events, the Palmer kyll ensures a clean sound without noise.
