Product information "4 STAR MMF 500 SNOW"

Professional Quality Cable

For professional applications on stage, in the studio or in the rehearsal room, professional quality is available with our 4 STAR SERIES. This cable is completely developed in Germany and therefore meets the relevant requirements for professional use.

We focus on durability and reliability, and have therefore developed a line of cables that are not only flexible, but also very robust. We use a special soft-PVC compound for all cables of the 4 STAR SERIES which has very good bending abilities. Of course, the jacket is not the only factor that makes a cable great, so we use a dense copper-spiral shielding, for professional transmission values. All these parts make the cable very flexible.

MAUI 5 W
MAUI 5 W

The ultra compact MAUI 5 weighs in at about 11 kg while delivering 800 watts of peak power and a maximum SPL of 120 dB. Providing both sound reinforcement with extended coverage and feedback resistant monitoring the subwoofer base and 3-piece column system assembles in seconds with custom multipin connectors. The junior member of the MAUI family is most easily portable and fits onto any car seat. The vented 8" subwoofer also houses the system's Class D amplification with overcurrent, short circuit and thermal protection, LD Systems' proprietary LECC digital processing and a 4-channel mixer. Featuring Bluetooth technology for wireless streaming and microphone, line level and hi-Z inputs which can be used simultaneously the MAUI 5 lets you connect a wide variety of sources including music players and instruments such as keyboards or guitars. Individual level controls, subwoofer and master volumes plus high shelf filtering for room correction enable a perfectly balanced performance. The MAUI 5 is also available in black (LDMAUI5).

Do you have two microphones, but just one free microphone input? This problem has existed for as long as there have been PA systems! The Palmer tauber Microphone Merge Box solves the problem in a simple way. It has two balanced microphone inputs that are summed via a resistor matrix to a balanced mono signal which is routed to a single XLR output. It's as easy as it sounds! It can be used for two dynamic microphones or two condenser microphones. Ideally, they should be identical or similar microphone types to avoid any undesirable level differences. Phantom power is passed through to both inputs.Due to its passive circuitry, the tauber works without any sound colouration and does not require a power supply. The casing and sockets are extremely robust and longlasting.

RIVER peene

Do you want to send a line signal - stereo or dual mono - to multiple devices, without interference such as hum? Then the Palmer peene line splitter box is the right tool for you. It works on a purely passive basis with large isolation transformers, which can even handle high-level signals without distortion. So, for instance, you can send the stereo output signal from the mixer to several power amps, without any ground loops. The Palmer peene also includes a ground-lift switch. In addition to the two transformer-isolated outputs, the peene also directs the input signal on directly via a link out.The Palmer peene is everything you need to distribute line signals to several devices and is a reliable audio tool with ultra-simple handling and professional sound characteristics.

Sometimes it is necessary to send two stereo signals to one device, for example, when two mixing consoles have to drive a stereo power amplifier. In practice, this is rarely possible without ground loops occurring. The Palmer main solves this type of problem. It mixes two stereo input signals via a resistor matrix, whereby the input pair A is galvanically isolated by a transformer in order to avoid ground loops. The Palmer main works purely passively. The result is a particularly low noise floor and a neutral sound. Thanks to large transformers, it can handle high-level signals up to +20 dBu without distortion. The transformers also make it possible to assign the input pair A unbalanced while the output signal remains balanced. The passive mode of operation without a power supply makes the Palmer main particularly reliable and failure-proof. The aluminium/steel housing and XLR sockets are also best suited to the rough everyday life on stage. The Palmer main merge box solves typical sound reinforcement problems in the simplest way with uncompromised sound quality.
