Product information "PAM"

The LD Systems PAM is a high-quality gooseneck table microphone that can be used for general announcements over permanently installed public address systems in retail stores, schools, warehouses or other public areas. Three announcement modes are available via the central, configurable push button: Push-to-Talk, Push-to-Mute, Latch On/OFF. The integrated LED microphone symbol indicates whether the PAM is active, i.e. in use.

PAM includes a robust desktop base, which features non-slip long rubber feet on the underside of the housing to ensure a secure stand at all times and minimise the effects of knocks, vibration and structure-borne noise on the microphone.

In addition to the balanced audio output, the PAM also features a hard-wired contact closure output that allows priority mutes to be triggered in mixer amplifiers and zone mixers via a MOSFET switch.

This makes the paging table microphone perfect for use in combination with the LD Systems mixing amplifiers of the IMA series or the ZONE mixers. At the same time, it is compatible with all third-party devices that have a microphone and contact closure input. For optimal signal transmission, the PAM sends signals with a gain of +5 dB. This also helps to solve sound loss issues with long cable runs.

The integrated low-cut filter attenuates frequencies below 100 Hz and ensures transparent speech announcements without annoying, low-frequency background noise, which is usually caused by humming or vibrations during tabletop operation.

PRE ST 1

Permanent installations require solutions which offer a visually discrete design that blends into the background while still being flexible and versatile in their functions. You need to be able to connect different audio sources and manage them, to mute non-priority signals during announcements or emergency calls. The PRE ST 1 is a 4-channel multi-functional stereo mixer preamplifier that allows users to mix 2 microphone/line sources together with an emergency line input and one of the 3 music sources available, including a Bluetooth receiver. These versatile connection options together with a four-level priority system, that combines contact closure inputs and VOX audio detection circuits, guarantees a seamless integration in almost any commercial audio application.PRE ST 1 is equipped with two priority contacts: one for the emergency input, which mutes all the other signal sources, and one for the microphone inputs, which mutes the music signal sources. The stereo balanced line output includes a mono/stereo switch and separate tone controls for bass and treble. An automatic standby mode can also be activated in order to further reduce energy consumption when the device is not used. The intuitive design of its control panel ensures an easy operation, with input and master volume controls, clear signal level and priority indications, and a practical music source selection and Bluetooth pairing activation via capacitive buttons. On the other hand, the clarity of the rear panel and the compact 9.5" format ensures that the preamplifier can be easily installed.

You need to be able to connect different audio sources and manage them, to mute non-priority signals during announcements or emergency calls. With IMA 60, LD Systems presents a new model of the IMA® mixing amplifier-series, which leaves nothing to be desired in terms of design and flexibility.Seamless integration with IMA 60 is a sure thing in both industrial and commercial applications thanks to the compact 9.5-inch housing design, an array of connection possibilities, including Bluetooth for wireless connection of Audio and a multistage priority circuit. IMA 60 is equipped with four priority levels to manage all connected audio signals during emergency or priority announcements. An automatic standby mode can also be activated to reduce power consumption during absence of audio signal. The mixing amplifier features two priority contact closures: one for emergency input to mute both Mic/Line and music sources, and one for Mic/Line Channels to mute music sources only. The outputs provide 65 W of power at 4 Ohm, a two-band equalizer for bass and trebles as well as 70 V/100 V tap settings. The Hi-Z and Lo-Z selector switch lets you separate the output signal completely from the output transformer to ensure an optimal frequency response for low impedance applications. The built-in aux output can be used to add external power amplifiers, active subwoofers or on-hold music systems to the IMA 60. You can also choose to send the entire mix or only the selected music signal source to the aux output using the music-mix selector switch.
