A customised sound system and control of the audio content in separate areas are required, paired with separately controllable and customisable lighting in the classrooms. In addition, automated gongs and impromptu announcements via a paging microphone must be audible in all areas at all times. A wireless microphone is required for large lectures and other events in the auditorium.

The sound system adapts to the respective room conditions: with full-range two-way speakers for the seminar room and array speakers with constant sound dispersion for the auditorium and its ascending rows of seats. In the corridors, ceiling-mounted speakers ensure that gongs and other announcements can be heard throughout the building. In addition to the paging microphone with priority level on the amplifier, a mobile radio system with handheld microphone is available for lectures and other presentations in the auditorium. DMX-controllable house lights in a modern, minimalist housing design are used for the basic lighting in the reading area and auditorium. Depending on the lighting requirements in the auditorium, the lighting can be intuitively adjusted via a touch wall controller.

The LD Systems CURV 500 system with its precise, wide-ranging dispersion is also suitable for spacious rooms, while the DQOR 8 speakers deliver full, balanced sound to aid multimedia playback in classrooms. The CE C6 is a frameless ceiling speaker with clear voice reproduction and even sound coverage. The sound is amplified by IPA 424 four-channel DSP installation amplifiers combined with an IMA 60 mixing amplifier including priority switching. Cameo LED house lights from the H series are used for the lighting, which are controlled in the auditorium via a CONTROL PAD Stick Edition DMX wall controller.
