The Adam Hall Integrated Systems Support Team includes customer support professionals, field application engineers, service technicians, and more. We work as a united force with our customers to support them in every phase of their installation projects. Our team provides advice in selecting the optimum system components and technologies and helps with the creation of planning documents such as drawings, specifications, and parts lists.

We collaborate with you to develop customised system designs and simulations that are precisely tailored to your requirements, and we assist you with the integration into existing systems or the design of new systems. We also handle the software configuration, including the set-up of control environments. If necessary, our experts will attend in person to assist with system commissioning.

Furthermore, Adam Hall Integrated Systems offers hands-on training and certification courses to ensure our solutions are used effectively. In the event of any faults or errors that need to be smoothed out, we're also there to support you. Our comprehensive documentation, competent project management, and reliable after-sales support make it possible for us to ensure your projects are a success on all levels.

With our certification programme (Certification Level 1 + 2) for the Design & Management software, we teach users everything they need to know to plan, configure, and manage projects. Thanks to our Value-Added Service (VAS), we are able to help you make custom modifications to your event technology. Making visual changes, for instance, such as having a speaker custom-painted in your corporate colour or any other RAL colour, is absolutely no problem. You can have your branding added to your speakers, stands, or hook-and-loop fasteners. Retail-ready special packaging in a range of sizes and with unique printed designs. Not to mention technical customisations such as alternative plugs, sockets or speakers, or other modifications – our VAS makes all of this a reality.
