Alexander Pietschmann, CEO"We use event technology to connect people and emotions globally; this privilege obliges us to take responsibility for people and the environment and gives us a great opportunity to build bridges and bring a more sustainable future to life."

Our headquarters is our heartquarters – the beating heart of the entire Adam Hall Group. Initiatives that are launched in Neu-Anspach have a ripple effect on our global activities. This is why we continually work on new ideas for environmental and climate protection at our German headquarters. Some start with a bee, others with a 10,000m2 sunny roof space. They originate from the executive team and during lunch breaks. We don’t care where the ideas for a better future come from. All we care about is where they take us.

The lifeblood of the events industry is people. This is why we look after them. We are committed to our society as a whole and our industry and our staff in particular – with resources, time and ideas. To foster societal cohesion, we support regional and international initiatives that promote social justice and diversity. Within our industry, we promote initiatives for more sustainable events. And for our employees, we create conditions that are good for their work and private life – and for those special moments in which the two come together. We do this with practical support, creative offerings and by listening attentively.

Our heritage and flight cases – made to last. Durable, robust and repairable. Not only are we committed to this sustainability claim, but it is also more important than ever in light of our goal of achieving climate neutrality. As we move towards this goal, we are bound by laws and our conscience. This is why we have developed clear strategies for our sustainability efforts. Since our EMAS certification in 2024, the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme has helped us to systematically set targets, review them and report transparently about our progress. Our Team Green, which we set up internally in 2018, develops additional initiatives and supports those responsible for our EMAS measures on the way to achieving our goal: climate neutrality by 2045.
