While the 70V/100V outputs are equipped with high quality toroidal core transformers, the low impedance 4-Ohm outputs are completely transformerless and guarantee the highest possible audio quality. The DSP functions include, amongst others, a parametric EQ with matching speaker library, dynamic tools, a matrix mixer, priority source selection and delay.Despite this range of functions, the IPA Series power amps are easy to operate. Important functions such as signal, limit, protection and bridge mode are easily visible via the LEDs on the front panel.HPF/LPF presets can be enabled directly on the device via DIP switches. The IPA 424 T is already prepared for remote control using future remote panels and paging microphones from LD Systems. The back-panel slot provides expansion card connectivity for additional future-proofing. The Ethernet card offers comprehensive configurability and management via software. In conjunction with LD Systems QUESTRA® software, the interface card provides flexible and effective configuration and control of fixed audio installations of various sizes - whether in hotels, restaurants, shopping centres, sports facilities, office environments and more.The X-ECI Ethernet Control interface card features a Cat5-based 100 Mbps Ethernet connection - compatible with all common IT network components - a status LED and an IP reset button for quick and easy troubleshooting. Thanks to the asymmetrical pin arrangement of the card, accidental incorrect installation of the interface card in the IPA housing is impossible.Via the QUESTRA® software, system integrators can access all DSP settings of the IPA installation power amplifier. The possibilities range from signal processing at the input (preamp, compressor, etc.), signal flow in the matrix mixer, output processing (EQ, dynamics, delay, polarity, mute) to priority settings and preset management. In addition, customised control panels can be created in the QUESTRA® software, which can be used by end customers on smartphones, tablets or computers (via the QUESTRA® Panels app) for convenient control of their system.
