You are invited to put our products through the paces and experience them up close and personal in our showrooms. We take time to answer your specific questions and look forward to talking with you. Our Surround Experience and light show are the highlights of our showrooms in Germany.

The Surround Experience is an immersive audio show that has been specially composed for this location and demonstrates the fascinating surround sound system of LD Systems. Our light show brings every facet of our Cameo lights to life in vivid fashion. These are two veritable masterpieces created by our Field Application Engineers for light and sound. Welcome to our showrooms in the UK, Spain, the USA, and in our headquarters in Neu-Anspach, Germany.

These services unite engineering spirit with a commitment to service. We put this know-how to use to support you with all your questions about planning or system integration as well as installation and architecture. Our Project Support offers services just as diverse as your projects.

Are you a specialist planner, installation service provider, architect, or a member of a project team? Then our Project Service team can aid you with all Integrated Systems-related activities – from the first step to the finish line.

Our team made up of Customer Support Agents, Field Application Engineers, and Service Technicians will assist you in selecting the right system components and work with you on your planning documents, including drawings, specifications, and parts lists. We design tailored concepts such as simulations precisely customised to your needs. We help you to integrate systems into existing systems or set up new ones, configure software on your behalf such as setting up control environments, and, if required, also provide support throughout on-site commissioning. And if you run into any problems thereafter, we can gladly help you troubleshoot too. With comprehensive documentation, professional project management, and reliable after-sales support, we’ve got everything covered to effectively support large projects.

Sometimes things fail, but your trust never should. Our Customer Service provides practical support when handling all your questions, complaints, and damage claims.

Technical Support

People, activity, and urgency converge during everyday life on stage and at events. As such, even quality products can be damaged. Our first-level support is who you should then turn to for immediate aid: if you have any queries, need technical advice, discover a defect, or need a repair, they are available to assist you directly via phone or email. The telephone extension number is provided on your bill. Second-level support is ready to help when things get more complex: if your issue requires greater technical expertise, our colleagues from Technical Support and Quality Control take collective action. In tandem with our Service Technicians, they analyse the problem, generate solutions and, if necessary, organise consultation, repair, or replacement services.
