Marketing Coordinator (m/f)

Our Marketing team leads a fast-paced, creative, collaborative, and brand-driven environment. The Marketing Coordinator will support projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion within a cross-functional team, including Product Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Services and Content Marketing. We're looking for an agile, natural organizer with solid administrative skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English. This role will be working with senior leaders in the creative and digital space, including the Global Marketing Director and the Creative Services Director, gaining exposure and knowledge to the business.


What your work involves:


  • Managing the flow and scheduling of incoming and ongoing jobs and tasks in the Marketing department through use of a project-management software
  • Assigning resources and monitoring/resolving any resource conflicts 
  • Reporting workflow status and project scope to Global Marketing Director and Creative Services Director 
  • Assessing and managing project risk and foreseeing potential challenges with the goal to maintain streamlined operations and the successful realization of projects/campaigns.
  • Supporting any additional collaboration with internal stakeholder departments, including Product Management, IT and Sales 
  • Implementing and improving reporting of KPIs, such as efficiency, budget and quality
  • Ensuring effective communication cross-functionally within the team
  • Help implement request forms, project and workflow templates and maintain them up to date to ensure seamless collaboration within and outside the team 


What you have to offer:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Two or more years’ proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency environment
  • Experience with project management software (experience with Wrike SaaS a bonus)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Skilled in coordinating projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • In other words, you are extremely organized and are passionate about creating order out of creative chaos!
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player at all levels
