Orders with a net goods value of €1,000 or more are subject to a €15 charge for the creation of the customs declaration. Standard shipping of parcels and pallets is carried out by our service providers in accordance with Incoterms DAP (Delivered at place). We shall invoice you for the costs of the customs clearance process. The service provider or the responsible customs office shall invoice you for any customs duties and taxes incurred on the ordered products. Your sales representative can be consulted for individual arrangements concerning the use of other Incoterms.

We have been granted ‘approved exporter’ customs status and as such are not required to issue a EUR.1 movement certificate. Appropriate reference is made to this on your customs invoice.

You will be sent a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link that can be used to track your package. You can also view your orders whenever you like in the ‘My account’ section in the online shop.

Of course, it is also possible for you to collect your goods yourself.

Monday to Thursday: 8.00 a.m.–12 noon & 1.00 p.m.–4.00 p.m.
Friday: 8.00 a.m.–12:00 noon & 1.00–3.00 p.m.
You will receive an email (delivery note) from us as soon as your goods are ready for collection.

€6.50/100 linear metres for cutting aluminium from 4 m to 2 m pieces.

Depending on the payment method selected, delivery charges for the payment method or delivery charges, such as COD charges, may apply. These differ for parcel and freight deliveries and are separately itemised on the order confirmation.

Orders with a net goods value of less than €100 are subject to a minimum quantity surcharge of €10.

If our carrier company makes a wasted journey, where it is not possible to deliver the goods to the recipient, the redelivery may incur additional delivery charges, which will be passed on to you once the case has been reviewed. These additional delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

€20 shall be charged for the preparation of the ATR certificate.

If a customer requires a certificate of origin, €20 will be charged for its creation.
