The material weighs 4.45 kg per square metre at a thickness of 10 mm so it is 23% lighter than birch multiplex board with a thickness of 9.5 mm. The material is considerably more rigid and harder than ConPearl honeycomb board so it can be used for cases requiring greater resilience.
