Adam Hall SolidCore® PP panels – lightweight, stable, and weather-resistant
Adam Hall SolidCore® PP panels are made of closed-cell foamed polypropylene. The material combines low weight with high mechanical stability and does not absorb moisture – meaning there's no swelling, as is common with wood-based materials.
The UV-stabilised surface makes the panels weather-resistant and ideal for outdoor use. The fine embossing ensures an easy-to-clean surface that can be cleaned or disinfected with standard cleaning agents. Thanks to their robust construction and high mechanical stability, the panels can withstand even heavy impact loads without splintering. The high scratch resistance also helps ensure a long service life and a permanently attractive appearance.
Adam Hall SolidCore® PP panels are easy to work with – cutting, sawing, drilling, milling, stapling, and nailing are all possible without any problems. Compared to other solid PP compact panels, they are up to 30% lighter due to their foamed core.
The versions with the white core make it possible to precisely mill logos or lettering – for durable, high-quality customisation.
