The 2-way full-range Stinger 15" HP speaker is the first representative of a new high-performance variant of the successful LD Stinger series.
It is equipped with a 15" Faital PRO 15FX560 bass chassis and a 2" Faital PRO HF200 high-frequency compression driver. With an output of 3200 W Peak, it attains a maximum sound pressure level of 130 dB.
The sound of this speaker is engineered especially for clarity and presence. Thus this speaker is especially suitable for installations and PA applications that require long-range coverage and intelligibility.
The Stinger 15HP equipped with a passive crossover for use as a full-range system. For use in bi-amping mode, there is a switch on the connector panel of the speaker that makes it possible to select between full-range and bi-amping modes.
This option provides users with numerous options for creating DSP-supported speaker systems in conjunction with corresponding subwoofer systems. The speaker is equipped with a stand mount and rigging points for unambiguous positioning. A stirrup with clamp is available for optimal mounting in traverse systems.
