The high energy efficiency, the long service life of the LED lamps and the low level of heat dissipation make this device particularly environment-friendly.

LED technology
LEDs are ideal for use in lighting systems: They are bright and have a low level of heat dissipation, a long operating life and low energy consumption. Moreover, LED systems often weigh less than conventional lighting systems.

RGB additive colour system plus white LEDs
Additional white LEDs create more contrast and clearer colour boundaries. What is more, they improve the creation of white and pastel colours.

DMX512
Communication standard DMX512 was developed specially for lighting systems in 1986. Up to 32 DMX devices can be daisy-chained and controlled via a control source (e.g. a light mixer).

Standalone mode
In standalone mode, the device functions are controlled via integrated programmes, so no light mixer or “master” controller is required.

Master & slave
Master/slave operation allows identical DMX devices to be controlled by a DMX device of the same model and software standard. All the devices are connected by DMX cables in series. The master device is then set to run in standalone mode and the slave devices are set to run in slave mode.

Strobe
Strobes emit fast flash sequences, which makes movements appear “frozen” and creates a kind of slow-motion effect.

The PAN & TILT feature moves light emission along the X and Y axes.

Unlimited rotation
This moving head is fitted with two powerful, fast motors for endless horizontal and vertical rotation (pan and tilt).

Taking the success of the MOVO®Beam 100 one step further, the Movo® Beam Z 100 is an ultra-fast moving head featuring a powerful motor zoom. With a zoom range of 4 to 30 degrees, it delivers tightly focussed beams, beatiful wash and amazing zoom effects. A central high-performance 60 watt OSRAM LED with a 50,000 hour lifespan produces rich RGBW mixes with saturated primary colours, subtle pastel hues and natural shades of white. It is surrounded by an RGB LED ring with 4 individually controllable segments that enable a spectacular lighting performance.

Driven by two high-speed, high-torque motors the MOVO® BEAM Z 100 provides endless pan and tilt rotation with smooth precision. It sports a bright 2.5" TFT display with touch sensitive buttons for convenient configuration, 3 modes of DMX control and spectacular automated modes. Seamless dimming with 4 selectable curves and a rapid strobe add to a brilliant and exciting performance.

The MOVO® BEAM Z 100's compact ABS and metal housing features temperature controlled fan cooling to ensure reliable operation and extended LED life. It comes with an omega bracket for a variety of mounting options.
