E-Commerce data manager (m/f)

Data of the highest quality is essential for establishing reliable processes and for evaluating all relevant business information. This is where you come in. You will be actively involved in data collection and maintenance. As both E-Commerce data manager (m/f) for the product marketing team, and interface between the product management, IT and marketing departments, you will develop and implement area and site-wide technical and IT concepts for efficient data management within the Adam Hall Group.

  • From the acquisition/maintenance of utilisation data in different business processes to archiving – your goal is to synchronise processes, interfaces and systems so that data is available and "fit for use".
  • In conjunction with the specialist departments, you will secure and maintain the quality of data in our IT systems.
  • You will develop appropriate control mechanisms/routines and ensure that faults are detected and fixed at an early stage.
  • Through continuous analysis you will optimise master-data processes and set up cross-sector co-operations in conjunction with the specialist departments.
  • You will plan and coordinate changes and implementation projects in order to further develop our system landscape with regard to data quality.
  • You will design tools and evaluation processes for the data quality sector, and further develop a data quality monitoring process.

  • You have a commercial qualification or degree specialising in (business) information systems, or equivalent qualification."
  • You have at least two years’ work experience, ideally in a manufacturing company.
  • You are an all-rounder in master-data, enterprise architecture, ERP, databases, business intelligence, data-warehousing and data-analysis.
  • Experience of PIM systems would be beneficial.
  • You are able to quickly understand complex technical processes.
  • Knowledge of the event technology industry (possibly from your own personal interest in the music industry) would be beneficial.
  • Experience in project management and in the coordination of changes would complement your profile.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
  • A high level of personal responsibility and initiative
