Back on the boards! The global vaccination rate is rising, and the first relaxations have come into effect. Live events and their magical moments are making a return, without a doubt. With our faith in the LIVE business, we have embodied this attitude since the beginning of the crisis. Our aim is to stand together and look to the future with confidence. After all, it is our shared passion that drives us, and that continues to motivate us. So that all of us, the entire event industry, emerge stronger after this period. #WeBelieveInLive!
For us, it was already evident at the beginning of the crisis: as an industry, we can only overcome these times by supporting one another and advocating for our cause together. As an event technology manufacturer, we consider ourselves part of the whole. So, from the outset, we have been committed to strengthening our industry from within, showing it in all its facets and raising its profile. Since March 2020, we have launched a wide range of formats and, at the same time, supported various initiatives to bring our industry back to life!
Projects, campaigns and studies, whether regional or (inter)national, are important to us as a company. Especially when the people behind them work for our industry or with the help of music for a good cause, or the continued existence of our industry. Since spring 2020, we have, therefore, supported various initiatives that have helped us to get through this time together.
In June 2020, the band So Green hosted its annual charity concert as a digital livestream in the Experience Center auditorium to raise funds for regional sports clubs.

Event.Tech People are the people behind the scenes in the event industry. They are the hidden heroes that transform every show, concert and event into unforgettable moments. Last year, we interviewed several workers from the event industry to show how people in front of the stage, onstage and backstage are doing in these pandemic times, and what they are missing without live events.
From January to May 2021, our CEO Alexander Pietschmann, together with Felix Uhlig and Carsten Heling, spoke with over 55 top-class speakers in the #WeBelieveInLive industry talks on Clubhouse, covering topics that are particularly important for the event industry now and in the future. A total of 5,000 participants listened and participated in the discussion.
