Event Marketing Coordinator (m/f)

Location: 61267 Neu-Anspach / near Frankfurt am Main 

 

Our marketing team is a pioneer in a dynamic, creative, team- and brand-oriented environment. You’ll form part of the team as the Event Marketing Coordinator (m/f), responsible for supporting planning and implementation of all international and national trade fairs and internal events organised by Adam Hall Group under the Event Marketing Manager. This includes organisation, logistical coordination, implementation of advertising initiatives, on-site event support, liaison with agencies and service providers and budget management support in order to ensure that KPIs and the event ROI are met.

 

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Coordination of planning, organisation and implementation of international trade fairs, customer events, internal company celebrations.
  • Support for exhibition stand planning, programme of activities, implementation of various marketing activities and materials
  • Administrative jobs such as invitation/participant management, compiling and monitoring project schedules
  • Cooperation with and support for the Event Marketing Manager and taking on responsibility for smaller-scale projects
  • Coordination of projects and communication with field staff colleagues abroad

 

Your profile:

 

  • You are trained as an event assistant or else have a comparable qualification in the area of event management 
  • You have at least two years of experience in event management or a similar field
  • Fluent spoken and written English – experience in an international setting goes without saying as far as you are concerned
  • You have professional communication and coordination skills, also with people outside the organisation (external suppliers, graphic artists, exhibition stand builders, caterers, etc. – both national and international) 
  • You are a passionate team player who loves working in a people business and you have a marked sense of customer orientation 
  • You like to take on responsibility and you have experience of project management.   You remain in control even in demanding situations 
  • Event success measurement is something you would take for granted
  • You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are occasionally prepared to work at weekends when it comes to putting on trade fair presentations
