Social Media & PR Specialist (m/f)

Location: 61267 Neu-Anspach / near Frankfurt am Main 

 

Working within the Content Marketing Team and collaborating with Web, Event, Brand and Creative Services teams in the Marketing department, the Social Media & PR Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, managing & measuring social marketing and press efforts (in B2B and end-user channels) on a daily basis. He/she has an affinity for working with people, possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, is fluent in English and German, and has a deep understanding of online marketing, including online campaigns, PPC, Keywords, social networking sites, blogs, influencer marketing, forums/discussion boards, video sites as well as analytics/reporting.

 

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Create engaging social media content for brand-building, product campaigns and promotions
  • Editorial management of the SoMe channels as well as posting of approved/released content assets
  • Daily monitoring, management and social interaction for all relevant social media channels
  • Blog posting and management in close cooperation with the editorial writers and publicist
  • Support the development of and execute a social media strategy according to the brand and audience
  • Conceive a targeted SoMe Influencer-Marketing-Campaign for selected top-selling brands
  • Build-out an Online-Influencer contact list in the core target markets (audiophiles, event technicians, etc.)
  • Support and help boost brand equity by co-creating and orchestrating strategic social media campaigns
  • Create landing pages to generate leads and traffic for Adam Hall’s B2B shop / e-commerce platform
  • Support occasional brand-driven community relations and artist relations projects

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, ideally in Marketing and/or Communications and/or Social Media
  • At least two years of experience with social media and/or public relations 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in English and German. Other languages welcome
  • Team-player with the ability to effectively communicate, work under pressure and balance priorities
  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Must be a proficient in social media management and follow trends
  • Familiar with at least one or more social-listening tools/platforms
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools
  • Experience in international business and international project management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Highly proficient computer skills
  • Experience using web analytics and creating reports
  • Know-how with Wikipedia entries desired, but not required
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Self-motivated  with a positive and professional approach to communicating and problem-solving
  • Relevant & proven experience across key social media sites
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment
  • Travel requirement 10%
