At Adam Hall, customer satisfaction plays an important role in the success and continuous growth of our company. To support and further expand our sales and customer service team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented technical / commercial employee (m / f / d).
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative you are part of technical sales and support our product portfolio for professional users in cooperation with colleagues in the field sales force. As an expert in Sales and Customer Service fields you are exacted to be able to handle high volume of requests, address customer and team questions efficiently & accurately. Your focus should be on customer satisfaction with the intent to do so professionally and within business guidelines. You are the one to ensure all customer orders are confirmed and released to meet required delivery dates.
These are your tasks:
Support for sales colleagues in the field.
Qualify customer enquiries, advise customers, and bring sales projects to a close.
Contact with customers and partners on the phone, by email and at the trade fairs, as well as setting up and expanding the customer database.
Processing dealer orders daily, invoicing and working with warehouse on customer urgency.
Sales Support and advice with technical knowledge in the areas of Pro audio and stage equipment.
Understand customer’s need and identifying sales opportunities.
Research and notify our sales team of new leads.
Managing and process of Service tickets in collaboration with our National Service Centers
What you bring with you:
Bachelor’s degree, or subsequent background in Electronics, Audio or Live Music.
Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central (willingness to train).
Excellent motivational skills and works well with a team but also able to work alone.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and customer needs.
Industry knowledge from event, Live audio, Install audio or stage technology.
