We, the Adam Hall Group, a globally active event technology manufacturer covering almost all areas of modern event technology thanks to our comprehensive product portfolio: audio, lighting, stands, stage equipment, hardware, accessories and more, are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Accountant Manager to join our team! As such, you will be responsible for the productivity and supervision of the office team. This position will report directly to Senior Management.
If accounting activities, including month-end closing and financial packages for company administration along with all human resources activities motivate you, then this position is for you.
These are your tasks:
Manage all finance and accounting activities for the American subsidiary of Adam Hall Group Germany, including all month-end and year-end close activities.
Manage A/R and invoicing representative.
Manage P&L and Balance Sheet.
Forecast cash flow.
Maintain fixed assets and prepaids monthly.
Work exclusively with auditors during year-end audits. Including inventory cycle counts.
Process 1099 to Vendors yearly.
Calculate monthly sales commissions for external sales team.
Prepare monthly KPI reports to Executive team.
Manage accounts payable/receivables and handle all collections.
Determine limits for all new customers and communications for set-up and entry in accounting software.
What you bring with you:
A minimum of 5 years similar or related business experience required.
Must possess excellent communication and people skills with “customer friendly” approach.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects in a team environment.
Through experience with Excel, using pivot tables, and other analytical tools, import and exporting of data for analysis.
Knowledge of the current version of Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central, Data Feeds, and all up to date automated features, reducing data entry and coding.
This job function is performed in an office setting requiring normal safety precautions.
