Webshop Help The Adam Hall webshop has been designed to be usable with standard system and browser settings. Usually, the main cause for errors are as follows:
- too sensitive security settings of the borwser (e.g. does not accept cookies, deactivated JavaScript etc.)
- too restrictive firewall settings
- software from third parties which blocks contents (e.g. Add-blocker, PopUp Blocker, etc.)
For your analysis we suggest the following procedure:
- does the problem occur on a different webbrowser of the same computer?
- if yes: does the problem occur on nearby machines?
- if yes: does the problem occur on machines other than the internal company network?
