How do I register at Adam Hall?

To register fill out the registration form and we will contact you.

How do I activate my account?

After checking your registration you will receive an e-mail including your login data as well as a link to activate your account.

How do I get into the retail section?

To login fill in your customer-/ usernumber or your deposited e-mail address into the field "user". Use the password already choosen in your registration.

I forgot my password. What to do?

If you forgot your password click onto "Password forgotten" and fill in your customernumber or your deposited e-mail address, After you will receive a new password immediately.

How do I change my current password?

To change your password you have to be loged in. Click on "My account" at the top right and then on "My password". After that fill in your new password into the both fields and confirm.

How do I change my customer data?

If you would like to change your customer data you have to be loged in, too. Click onto "My account" and then onto "My Customer Data". Here you can change your address, your phone number or your e-mail address.

How do I save or change a differing shipping address?

In the loged in status you can change your shipping address anytime by clicking "My account" in the top right and then "My address". Now you can edit your shipping address or dispose a new one.

How do I change my Payment method?

You can change your payment method either by clicking onto "My account" in the top right and then onto "My Payment Method" or you can change them in step 3 of the order handling.

What is the 24h deal?

In the 24h deal a product will be offered at a special price for a maximum of 24 hours. This offer is only available in web shop orders and only available for dealer. The offered product is restricted in the amount to this special price so it could be that the deal might be sold out in less than 24 hours. The 24h deal always starts at 0:00 a.m. (GMT+1) and ends at 23.59 p.m. when the offer is not sold out before. You can find out how long the deal will last at the countdown.
