How do I register at Adam Hall?

To register fill out the registration form and we will contact you.

How do I activate my account?

After checking your registration you will receive an e-mail including your login data as well as a link to activate your account.

How do I get into the retail section?

To log in fill in your customer-/ usernumber or your deposited e-mail address into the field "user". The password is the one you created when you registered.

I forgot my password. What to do?

If you forgot your password click here: Password forgotten and fill in your customer number or your email address. You will receive few minutes later a new password per email.

How do I change my current password?

To change your password you have to be logged in. Click on My account at the top right and then on My password. Then type your new password into both fields and confirm.

How do I change my customer data?

To change your customer data you have to be logged in. Click on My account and then on My Customer Data. Here you can change your address, your phone number or the email address that you wish to use.

How do I save or change a differing shipping address?

In the logged in status you can change your shipping address anytime by clicking My account in the top right and then My address. Now you can edit your shipping address or create a new one.

How do I change my Payment method?

You can change your payment method either by clicking on My account in the top right and then on My Payment Method or you can change them in step 3 of the order handling.
